Artemis Revival

Embodied practices for living fully—body, mind, and spirit

My name is Nevada Roughton, and Artemis Revival grew from my own lived journey through movement, motherhood, and a quiet but persistent pull to deepen my relationship with what I already knew to be true within myself.

I began my work as a pre- and postnatal fitness instructor, supporting women through pregnancy and postpartum with an emphasis on strength, stability, and functional movement. Early on, I witnessed something profound: when women felt capable in their bodies, something deeper began to heal. And yet, I also saw the limits of physical training alone. Beneath the mechanics of movement lived grief, intuition, identity shifts, and a longing to feel whole again.

That awareness shaped everything that followed.

As I continued teaching, I felt drawn toward the deeper layers of embodiment—where breath, nervous system regulation, emotional processing, and spiritual meaning live within the physical body. Yoga and somatic practices entered my work not as a departure from fitness, but as an expansion of it—an invitation to integrate strength with sensitivity, effort with listening.

My own transition into motherhood deepened this path. Through conscious conception, the fourth trimester, and postpartum recovery, I learned firsthand that true care must be both practical and reverent. Motherhood revealed how essential rest, ritual, nourishment, and community are—not as ideals, but as lifelines.

Over time, my work evolved into a bridge between ancient wisdom and modern life. I am deeply invested in translating esoteric teachings into lived experience—understanding intuition through the nervous system, ritual through rhythm and repetition, and spirituality as something felt in the body rather than performed.

Today, Artemis Revival is a living ecosystem of connection for women, men, couples, and families. Everything we offer is rooted in integration—helping you inhabit your life fully rather than striving to transcend it.

Yoga Classes

Grounded, functional, and embodied

Our yoga classes support real bodies living real lives. Classes blend strength, mobility, breathwork, and nervous system awareness to help you build a sustainable, trusting relationship with your body.

These classes are informed by:

  • Functional movement

  • Somatic awareness

  • Trauma-informed yoga principles

  • Nervous system regulation

Yoga within Artemis Revival is not about performance or aesthetics—it is about presence, capacity, and listening.

Embodied & Somatic Movement

Movement as medicine

Embodied movement practices invite you to move beyond form and into sensation, intuition, and emotional release. These sessions support stress regulation, self-expression, and reconnection with the body after burnout, trauma, or life transitions.

Through guided exploration, breath, rhythm, and intentional pacing, movement becomes a tool for integration—helping the body process what the mind cannot.

1:1 Private Sessions

Personalized, integrative support

Private sessions offer individualized care for those seeking depth and attuned guidance. Sessions may include yoga, somatic practices, postpartum recovery support, breathwork, or intuitive embodiment coaching.

These sessions are ideal for:

  • Life transitions

  • Postpartum healing

  • Nervous system support

  • Emotional processing through the body

  • Deepening embodied awareness

Retreats

Immersive spaces for integration

Artemis Revival retreats are designed to slow time. Through movement, ceremony, rest, and community, retreats offer space for insight to land in the body rather than remain conceptual.

These retreats emphasize:

  • Nervous system safety

  • Ritual and rhythm

  • Rest and embodiment

  • Sustainable transformation

Couples Practices & Intimacy Work

Connection through presence

Couples offerings support intimacy through breath, touch, movement, and conscious communication. These practices focus on nervous system co-regulation, emotional attunement, and embodied connection—helping partners feel safe, seen, and present with one another.

Rather than techniques to “fix” intimacy, this work invites couples to slow down and meet each other honestly, in real time.

Corporate & Company Wellness

Sustainable well-being for modern work life

We offer corporate wellness sessions designed to reduce stress, support nervous system health, and improve employee well-being.

Sessions may include:

  • Breathwork for stress regulation

  • Mobility and posture support

  • Mind-body tools for burnout prevention

  • Practical practices employees can integrate daily

Ceremony at Artemis Revival

Where life is witnessed

Ceremony is the heart of Artemis Revival.

Ceremony is how we mark thresholds.
How we slow time.
How we allow the body to register change.

These offerings are rooted in trauma-aware facilitation, somatic awareness, and reverence without rigidity.

Blessing Way Ceremonies

Honoring transition, pregnancy, and rebirth

Blessing Ways are ceremonial gatherings designed to honor life transitions—most often pregnancy and the journey into motherhood, as well as postpartum healing, grief, or profound personal change.

These ceremonies center emotional nourishment, nervous system safety, and communal witnessing. Through ritual, spoken blessing, and symbolic acts, the individual being honored is held rather than rushed.

Red Tent Ceremonies

Cyclical wisdom and feminine rest

Red Tent gatherings are womb-centered ceremonies devoted to rest, reflection, and cyclical awareness. These spaces invite women to reconnect with the rhythms of their bodies—menstrual, seasonal, emotional, and intuitive.

Red Tents are spaces of softness, storytelling, silence, and ritual—where nothing needs to be fixed and presence is enough.

Sensual Rituals for Adornment & Self-Love

The body as sacred home

Sensuality within Artemis Revival is approached as a relationship with the body rooted in choice, awareness, and self-attunement. These practices support reconnection with pleasure, safety, and agency—especially after disconnection, burnout, or identity shifts.

Practices may include conscious adornment, anointing, ritual bathing, breath, embodied movement, and self-touch as reverent listening rather than performance.

Adornment becomes ritual.
Pleasure becomes medicine.
The body becomes home.

The Thread That Weaves It All

This work is not about transcendence.
It is about integration.

About learning how to inhabit your life fully—body, mind, and spirit—so that spirituality becomes something you live, not something you chase.

Artemis Revival is a living ecosystem of movement, ceremony, education, and community—supporting women, men, couples, and families in reconnecting with their bodies and their inner knowing.k to do.
