Flow is a one-day movement festival in Sioux Falls, South Dakota, celebrating the many ways we move, express, and connect. From yoga and dance to martial arts, parkour, and playful flow arts, Flow brings together local movement facilitators, musicians, and wellness vendors for an embodied, community-centered experience.

Designed for all bodies and experience levels, Flow is where movement meets music, mindfulness, and local culture—a space to explore, sweat, rest, and reconnect.

A rotating schedule featuring local facilitators across disciplines, including:

Yoga
Dance
Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu fundamentals
Parkour
Fitness and functional movement
Flow toys and playful movement exploration

The day is curated to encourage curiosity rather than perfection. Come to learn, move, rest, and reconnect.

As the sun sets, Flow transitions into an evening of music and movement. Expect a community-centered ecstatic dance experience DJ’d by Brandon Kirkeby(Aquarian).

❋ Vendor + Local Community

Flow proudly features local vendors and small businesses offering wellness goods, art, and nourishment. Community is at the center of this festival—come meet the people shaping the Sioux Falls movement scene.
